Pay attention to the troubleshooting: adjust the spindle bearing clearance to make it suitable; control the supply of lubricating oil and clear the oil circuit; try to avoid the lathe from bearing long-term load.

(2) Adopt new materials. For example, ceramic ball bearings are used as rolling elements. Compared with steel ball angular contact ball bearings, the rolling and sliding friction between the ball and the raceway is reduced during high-speed rotation, and the heat generation is reduced.
(3) Use reasonable lubrication methods. Lubrication methods such as oil gas and oil mist not only have a lubricating effect on the bearing, but also have a certain cooling effect.
