The steel balls are rolled along the SRR guide and four rows of rolling surfaces,which is under precision-ground grinding. The ball is arranged in a circular motion by the ball holder and the end cover assembled on the SSR slider. The use of a ball retainer eliminates friction between the balls and improves grease retention.
Miniaturized, radial type: It is most suitable for horizontal installation because of its compact design with low section height and steel ball contact structure with strong bearing capacity in the radial direction.
Excellent plane walking accuracy:the steel ball contact structure with strong load capacity in the radial direction is used, so that the radial displacement is less when the radial load is applied, and stable running precision can be obtained.
Automatic tuning ability:Because THK's unique circular groove front combination has self-aligning ability, it can absorb the installation error even if preload is applied, resulting in high-precision, smooth and stable linear motion.
Stainless steel type has also been standardized: Stainless steel products made of stainless steel SSR sliders, SSR guides, and steel balls with excellent corrosion resistance are also standardized.
